Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Pan India. If your pincode is out of courier coverage, we will ship your order securely via India Post.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners — Delhivery, BlueDart, and Amazon Shipping — to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will typically reach you within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

All prices on our website are inclusive of shipping charges. There are no hidden fees or additional delivery costs.

Cash on Delivery

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment options available at checkout.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email and SMS with your tracking details via Shopify. You can track your order in real-time until delivery.

Packaging & Handling

Since our perfumes contain alcohol-based liquids, all shipments are sent via surface mode only (no air transport) in compliance with shipping regulations. Each parcel is specially packed to ensure the bottle’s safety during transit.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare case that your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will initiate a 100% refund or send a replacement after verification.
Customers are required to provide proper unboxing video proof at the time of opening the parcel to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
