We currently ship orders only within India using trusted partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, and Amazon Shipping.
All alcohol-based products (like perfumes and attars) are shipped via surface mode as per courier regulations.
Each order is packed with special care to ensure safety during transit.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the seal is broken or the product has been used.
However, if an item arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we offer a replacement or full refund.
Customers must provide a proper unboxing video while opening the parcel to qualify for a replacement or refund.
